While he is telling me to keep my house under 72 degrees, what is he going to do about places light Vegas that have all those flashing lights, signs and billboards?

Aren’t they wasting more energy than I am when I keep my house at 72 degrees?

Shouldn’t there be a law that states that if the light isn’t serving a purpose it isn’t needed?

Do you realize how much energy we could save if we turned off all lights that aren’t a necessity?
